How many times a day do you hear the word anxiety?
You know, it wasn’t within the last 10 years I have gained an understanding that mostly everyone has suffered from some sort of anxiety throughout their life this far, but what if you suffer from anxiety daily and don’t know it?
Anxiety can manifest itself in different ways, from panic attacks to ruminating thoughts, it can make our life a struggle. Anxiety disorders are one of the most common mental health conditions out there.
I keep reading on mental blogs and social media platforms on high functioning anxiety.
It comes off naturally to feel this way in today’s world of ANXIETY !

How To Cope With High-Functioning Anxiety
Accept Your Symptoms As They Are
Having anxiety is okay and nothing that you should feel guilty over.
Start a MANTRA, saying for yourself,
“No, I’m good where I am and I’m doing my best.”
Try this when you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed , driving in the car, cooking or just to yourself.
Seek counseling to help navigate your symptoms to become more manageable for daily living
Don’t put too much on your plate, easier said than done I know!
Try to prioritize your needs over your wants.
High-functioning anxiety might be a little difficult to break but you need to focus on the positive signs of high-functioning anxiety rather than the negative ones.
Let go of the characteristics that are hurting your mental peace and health.
