Knowing It Is Time to Seek Therapy
You are wondering if therapy is right for you right now, or maybe you have friends or family suggesting therapy to you.
We have compiled a list of feelings and experiences that people often have when seeking therapy. Additionally, all of those listed can be addressed in traditional talk-therapy. So have no fear! We are here to help.

- using drugs, alcohol, food, or sex as your primary source of feeling good
- you have lost someone or something that’s important to you
- you have something occupying your mind that you want to be free of
- something traumatic has happened (by your own definition, no one else’s definition or experience)
