Francesca Faiello is an emerging counselor who is dedicated to creating a safe, supported, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and respected. She is passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and life transitions. She believes that every individual is an expert of their own story, aiming to work with clients to uncover strengths, skills, and resources to shape their own path forward.
Francesca uses an integrated approach of cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness based techniques to explore the clients experiences, developing practical tools, and fostering a greater sense of self-awareness and resilience.
Francesca provides online therapy, both video sessions and monthly messaging packages, which allows you the privacy and convenience to talk, or write, right from your home.
