Mental Clarity
When life gets you down what do you do?
When life gets hard, people often believe that they could have done something different that would prevent their circumstances.
This is really common in individuals suffering from depression.
Only through pain can you truly know how to be grateful for what you already have.
When you try so hard and after every attempt you fail time after time.
It’s important to remember that even bad days can provide clarity and give your life meaning.
Without a clear mindset, it’s easy to talk yourself out of things and get frustrated when you can’t focus.
You’re more likely to give into your inner critic and forget about the goals you’re working towards.
“A lot of people talk about the importance of a positive mindset, but I’ve always thought that a clear mindset is the key to success. So much of our brain space gets taken up when we’re unsure of who we are and what we want.”
Mental clarity is the best way to bring certainty to your life.
A lot of bad days happen when you set high expectations on your life.
But great things take time, such as climbing a mountain, learning a new trait, finding love and becoming a parent are a few that come to mind.
Life is an ongoing work of art.
Each day we have new opportunities to create something magnificent and beautiful.
Some days that’s harder than others of course with the days society gives us as the world spins our days can too.
We sometimes can get custom to feeling a certain way and if we feel sad and angry all the time we can gain the permeance within our bodies.
How can one climb with their days without the burden of having the bad days get us down?
- “Invest your time with really great people who like you just the way you are.”
- “Don’t change so that people will like you. If you see yourself as being awesome, before too long others will show up to reflect that right back to you.”
- “Live honestly. Living in integrity, being kind, being faithful, doing the right thing can be just what you need to propel you into greatness. Your relationships, your career, your success, your dreams, your health are nourished by keeping your promises.”
Each morning when I open my eyes I say to myself: I not events have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. ~ Groucho Marx
It is very easy to suffer from some sort of brain fog.
Brain fog, often synonymous with chronic fatigue syndrome, describes a feeling of mental fatigue that can impact cognitive impairment.
This can dampen your production and contribute to poor concentration. It can even influence your well-being and quality of life.
Mental clarity is a state in which your mind is fully active and engaged. We need mental clarity in order to work through problems and stay productive throughout the day.
Sharp memory recall, quick thinking, and unclouded judgment are all part of mental clarity.
- Stay active
- Treat yourself kindly
- Gratitude improves every situation
- Anger is poison
- Have grace in hard times and difficult situations
- Do something creative
- Forgive yourself and others
It doesn’t matter how slow you go, as long as you keep climbing!
